The Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan pays special attention to the development of new and effective methods and technologies for the treatment of diseases under the state programs for scientific activities. It is worth noting that the scientific projects aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of medical services for citizens, addressing the problems that hinder the quality of medical services and improving public health are the most relevant.
In this regard, in accordance with requirements of the state order for research, the 32nd round of the competition for innovative and applied projects in Medical Sciences was announced under the state programs for scientific activity. The research competition has formed a portfolio of 25 thematic projects worth 52 billion soums.
The contest is aimed at finding the scientific solution to the urgent problems in such fields of medicine as dermatovenerology and cosmetology, surgery and neurosurgery, therapy, medical rehabilitation, traumatology and orthopedics, endocrinology, oncology, hematology, dentistry.
This contest is held in accordance with requirements of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 9, 2020 No. 133 “On measures to further improvement of the regulatory framework for scientific research”. Applications will be submitted only in electronic form.
